Membership to ARD - Hiking & Trail Running club is now open
FULL MEMBERSHIP - €100 per year - 5 free Saturday training sessions, €10 for each session after the 5 free sessions ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP - €15 - Drop in to training sessions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- People take part in ARD training sessions at their own free will & own personal risk
- ARD is not affiliated to Athletics Ireland - this allows people registered with existing Athletic clubs to join ARD
- ARD Hiking & Trail Running has its own insurance which covers ARD training sessions.
- It is recommended you look at your own personal injury cover
- Membership is valid for 12 months from date of registration.
